Our Leadership
Our founder and CEO, Bernard “BW” Height, is an Ivy League–trained executive and U.S. Army Chaplain with over 17 years of Fortune 500 leadership experience. A graduate of Harvard University, George Washington University, and Tuskegee University. Bernard has led billion-dollar growth initiatives across the defense and commercial sectors. He is also a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, bringing a unique combination of strategic vision, faith-driven leadership, and business development expertise
