With more than 17 years of leadership experience across complex, regulated environments, BW brings a structured mindset focused on risk management, accountability, and performance.

These partners collectively have executed and managed hundreds of transactions nationwide, with select principals overseeing portfolios exceeding 1,000+ multifamily units.
